Accident & Claims
After an accident we obtain the traffic department report, file the insurance claim, arrange the repair and hand the car back.

What happens
You tell us the accident happened and where the car is now.
We obtain the report from the traffic department.
The claim is filed with your insurer and the repair is arranged.
The car is repaired and returned to you.
How the car will move
You answer these two questions once, and the movement is dispatched to one of our own drivers. Nothing on this page can be chosen yet, because there is nowhere to send the answer.
Which legs a driver covers
Collection, return, or both. Our driver, not yours.
- A driver takes it
One of our drivers collects the car from the address you name and takes it to the business. You collect it yourself afterwards.
- A driver brings it back
You leave the car with the business. One of our drivers returns it to the address you name once the work is signed off.
- A driver does both
Collected from you and returned to you. You do not travel to the business at all.
Whether it is driven or lifted
A car that will not start is a different dispatch and a different price, never the same job with a note on it.
- It starts and drivesPriced as a driver movement
A driver who can drive your car moves it. This is the ordinary case.
- It will not startPriced as recovery
A recovery truck lifts the car and carries it. A different dispatch and a different price.
Why you cannot start this yet
A claim case route that can hold a traffic department report, an insurer, a claim reference and a repair order as one long-lived case. Nothing in apps/api models a case that outlives a single order.
We would rather say that than show you a button that does nothing.
What you can do today
If the car cannot be driven, recovery is open today and will move it. The claim itself is not something you can start here yet.
