Service My Car
A driver takes your car to the service centre you choose, and brings it back when the work is signed off.

What happens
You pick the business that will do the work.
You choose whether a driver takes the car, brings it back, or does both.
The car is collected and the business does the work.
The car is returned, or you collect it, exactly as you chose.
How the car will move
You pick the business first. Then you answer these two questions once, and the movement is dispatched to one of our own drivers. Nothing on this page can be chosen yet, because there is nowhere to send the answer.
Which legs a driver covers
Collection, return, or both. Our driver, not yours.
- A driver takes it
One of our drivers collects the car from the address you name and takes it to the business. You collect it yourself afterwards.
- A driver brings it back
You leave the car with the business. One of our drivers returns it to the address you name once the work is signed off.
- A driver does both
Collected from you and returned to you. You do not travel to the business at all.
Whether it is driven or lifted
A car that will not start is a different dispatch and a different price, never the same job with a note on it.
- It starts and drivesPriced as a driver movement
A driver who can drive your car moves it. This is the ordinary case.
- It will not startPriced as recovery
A recovery truck lifts the car and carries it. A different dispatch and a different price.
Why you cannot start this yet
An express job route that holds Your Garage as the counterparty rather than the garage, so the collection, the work and the return are one order with one payment. Today those are the garage booking, and the express version of it is not built.
We would rather say that than show you a button that does nothing.
What you can do today
The garage booking already offers exactly this movement: a driver collects the car, returns it, or does both, priced at checkout. The difference is that the garage is the counterparty on that order, not us.
